Dru Armstrong is the CEO, bringing over 17 years of experience in consumer and product technology development and management. She is a proven high growth leader with a history of creating strong customer experiences while fueling technology growth and market expansions. Armstrong is a leader on topics including innovation, diversity and inclusion, and verticalized software.

Christian serves as the company's chief financial officer, overseeing all accounting and finance activities and team members. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry to the team.

Meg Swanson is the CMO at AffiniPay with 20+ years of sales and technology marketing expertise. Meg ensures that the customer is at the center of everything AffiniPay does. She leads the sales, business development and marketing teams to power the market leading brands of AffiniPay for Associations, CPACharge, DesignPay and LawPay.

Bryan Thompson is the CTO at AffiniPay with 25+ years of experience building financial services technology platforms. Bryan oversees the team of engineers and developers that power the technology behind market leading brands of AffiniPay for Associations, CPACharge, ClientPay and LawPay.

Greg Haney is VP of Operations at DesignPay and brings 24 years of experience in electronic payments and banking operations to the company. Greg is responsible for scaling and optimizing operational efficiencies to ensure clients are provided with the best product and experience possible.

Greg leads our talented in-house software development team. His team created our proprietary AffiniPay application, which provides a modern, simple, and user-friendly interface developed specifically for professional services industries.

James is responsible for the architecture of DesignPay's platform and applications. For the past 19 years, he has specialized in building large scale, mission critical software for the telecommunications and financial services spaces, where security and data privacy are of paramount importance.

As the VP of People Resources, Erin focuses on all aspects of our recruitment, retention, staff development and FUN. At AffiniPay we believe that work that is fun gets done! She has been with AffiniPay for over ten years and knows that our amazing culture is a critical component to our future success. She works hard to make that culture diverse, inclusive and Surprisingly Great for everyone on our team!

Stephen leads our Business Development team which is responsible for creating partnerships with third party software companies that would like to make their products and solutions available to the LawPay user base. The team promotes our technology and ensures it is used to its fullest potential by our partners.

Tracey leads our Affinity Programs team, creating and promoting DesignPay member benefits programs to national, state, and local associations. Tracey’s team supports more than 150 partnerships and endorsements, and works closely with our events team to coordinate more than 200 events every year.

Janelle leads a team of professionals with a combination of payment and association management experience. This gives her team the ability to offer our associations integration support and reconciliation guidance that associations have come to trust.

Mike leads the support team to ensure your association has an exceptional DesignPay experience. This group includes: New Client Services, Technical Support, and Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance. The support team is currently responsible for over 150,000 clients and growing every day.

Mike Mitchell

Amber works hand in hand with all departments throughout the company to drive revenue and growth. In addition, she leads the DesignPay account management team who consult and advise new clients on the DesignPay Solution.

Dustin is responsible for leading demand generation, SEO and website initiatives across all AffiniPay brands, as well as overseeing the CPACharge brand's overall go-to-market strategy and partnership efforts.

Amy leads our Talent Acquisition Team with the goal that every candidate has a Surprisingly Great experience with AffiniPay. She is responsible for ensuring that we have a competitive strategy for attracting the best and brightest talent from a variety of different backgrounds and sources. Part of this strategy includes focusing on diversity in order to foster innovation. We recognize that a talent pool with a variety of life experiences and skill sets is what it's going to take to ensure AffiniPay continues its amazing success story!

Alon serves as the company’s Controller and is responsible for settlement and all other accounting functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant, bringing more than 30 years of accounting and 15 years of payment card experience to the team.
